Tammy Stillwater, CTHP
Tammy is a harpist, and Certified Harp Therapy Practitioner (CTHP), and psychic medium. Using both musical and intuitive abilities she has played healing music for patients during their chemotherapy treatments, at the bedsides of patients in a bone marrow transplant unit and for the residents of an alzheimers special care unit. Additionally, she plays for special events such as receptions, dinner parties, and more.
Unable to fulfill her dream to play the harp as a child, she was pleasantly surprised when her daughter, at age eight, woke up at one morning saying she wanted to play the harp! Tammy was thrilled to be able to support her daughter's dream of becoming a harpist beginning at such a young age.
It was only after her daughter left for college to pursue a degree in harp performance, that Tammy finally began play. It was the absence of live harp music filling the house daily that made it crystal clear to her the importance and comfort of the harp's vibrations and its potential healing abilities.
Tammy's daughter (now with a Bachelors of Music in Harp Performance degree from Indiana University), became her first harp teacher and harp therapy called out to her. With a lifelong inclination towards music and healing, it was a natural path.
When not playing the harp, she spends much of her time giving readings using a combination of clairvoyance, mediumship and tarot cards. She communicates with Spirit Guides, Angels, and departed loved ones (including pets) through which she brings forth healing messages. She is highly accurate, often able to predict exact dates and times that later prove true. Specializing in love relationships, she can see a soulmate on the horizon of a client long before he or she shows up on the physical realm, and bring forth information needed to heal present relationships.
Also a an avid dog lover, Tammy has trained and shown dogs, and participated in pet therapy since 1979. Her champion kuvasz Trinity, and her most recent puppy, chihuahua Carlos, (named after famous harpist, Carlos Salzedo), are pictured in the photo gallery. Carlos is currently in training for a Therapy Dog certification so that he can accompany Tammy to hospitals and retirement facilities. Patients and residents everywhere have already welcomed him with open arms.
Tammy and her significant other, Sage, reside in North Carolina.
