I recorded my CD "Wings of Light - Harp Therapy for Mind, Body and Spirit" (see below) in 2007 with the intention to bring healing, relaxation and pain relief as well as angelic communication to my listeners. The recording showcases improvisations on some popular tunes such as Greensleeves. While it is not a Christmas album, there are other tunes such as the Cutty Wren and Whence Comes This Rush of Wings, both Renaissance Christmas pieces. The improvisation that you hear on this album was unrehearsed, not memorized, and was channeled in the moment of recording, as all of my improvisations do. This music comes directly from Spirit with the intention to bring healing to all its future listeners.
Each song carries a different resonant tone or dominant note that corresponds to each chakra of the body and each listener's individual resonant tone, so you may find that some pieces 'speak' to you more than others for that reason. You may feel a soul 'alignment' happening as you listen to songs in your specific resonant tone. Additionally, the album is arranged so that each of your energy centers are aligned and activated as you listen, and you may find putting it on repeat will induce a very restful meditation or sleep.
